I’m George Lewis. For 20 years I’ve built and scaled technical-communications operations — founder of doc-department, and international delivery at 3di — for regulated and engineering-heavy products: industrial, robotics, medical devices, aerospace and complex software.

My focus now is what AI says about the products that documentation describes. AI engines read your docs and answer customers on your behalf — confidently, invisibly, and sometimes wrong. I build the content-operations function and the verification layer that keep those answers truthful, traceable, and yours. The principle that runs through all of it: not “absolute accuracy,” but traceability, evidence, and a process you can prove.

A bit of personal

I’m drawn to the unglamorous middle of hard problems — the place where a clear process beats a clever promise. Outside the work I’m happiest making things, tinkering, and learning in public. I care about doing honest work for people who’ll stand behind it, and about leaving a record you can trust.
