I’m an international operations leader who has spent two decades developing strategies, then building the systems and teams that make them real.
I’ve done it as a founder and COO. Building my own outsourced technical communications company to be a regional player, before building delivery teams across the UK, Poland and Mexico as part of a larger group following a merger.
As a Content Operations consultant I developed and implemented content strategies for organisations with complex, technical products across a wide range of industries, working hands-on to build the teams and systems that deliver content at scale.
I’m now focused on building systems that can keep up with the pace the AI era demands.
